Impression Kits, 3D Scans & Consultations

Remote Clear Aligner therapy isn't right for everyone. That's why we'll refund the cost of your impression kit if the dentist or orthodontist determines our invisible aligners aren't a fit for you. Simply email us via support@smilelife.com or call us after learning about your eligibility, to have your refund processed. 

If you have an unused, unopened Impression Kit, please get in touch with us to arrange a return.

All orders are auto fulfilled within minutes into our system which means that we cannot cancel orders. A refund on your Impression Kit is only possible by returning it back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the associated shipping fees. Please also note that If you use our return shipping system it will be a higher fee and most likely no refund will be possible.

Do bear in mind that SmileLife will not be responsible for any postage back to us if you are eligible for treatment and decide to not proceed. You will be required to use registered post in order to securely return the kit to the following address:

As for our in-person 3D Scans & Consultation, our team will be able to advise you on the next steps, there and then.  

SmileLife Aligners 

As the aligners are custom made for you, we unfortunately do not offer any refunds unless there is a fault with them. 

If there is any fault with your custom-made Clear Aligners that can be proven to have occurred during the production process, please get in touch with us within 30 days and our team will be able to best advise you on the next steps. 

If there is a fault with your Clear Aligners that can be attributed to SmileLife during the production process, the 30-day time period begins the day your clear aligner shipment is delivered

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll email you to let you know if your return is approved. See below for Return Process. 

Aligner Guideline
  • Wear your aligners as directed 

  • Check in with our support team upon receiving the aligners

  • Respond to each 30-day check-in by sending an email with the requested photos.

If at the end of your plan, having followed these guidelines, you haven’t achieved the smile you love, contact us so the dentist or orthodontist can re-evaluate your results. If your re-evaluation is approved, you may be eligible for additional aligners to continue your journey. Don’t forget: You need to notify us within 30 days of completing your treatment plan for the warranty to remain valid.

Return Process 

Please follow these steps when returning your purchase:

  • Pack your unused and unopened items in the original packaging.

  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

  • Let us know you’re planning to return your aligners by emailing support@smilelife.com with your order/case number.

  • Once confirmed, please send the items back with registered post. 

*We do not offer refunds on the returns postage

Receiving Refunds

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll email you to let you know your refund has been issued. You’ll typically see your refund on your banking statement within 5 to 10 days, depending on your financial institution.

Faulty Items
